QAGOMA (Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art) is the state’s premier visual arts institution, located on Kurilpa Point in Brisbane, Australia. As part of my university project, I conducted a comprehensive social media analysis, including a social media audit, SWOT analysis, and competitor analysis, and developed a tailored social media strategy for QAGOMA. The strategy included defining the target audience, creating a content calendar, and designing a risk management plan. I also produced sample social media content such as reels, short videos, stories, images, and live-stream concepts aimed at increasing engagement and strengthening QAGOMA’s connection with its community, promoting art as a catalyst for individual and collective well-being.
